Our Yoga Alliance-approved faculty will guide you through the course, helping you adapt to its mysterious ways known only to yoga experts. By simplifying each and every molecule of the program, we empower you to become an advanced yoga instructor and materialize your dream.

The 300-hour Teacher Training Course (TTC) is a comprehensive program designed to equip individuals with the advanced skills and knowledge necessary to become professional yoga teachers. Typically lasting several weeks, these classes immerse students in the advanced philosophy, practice, and methods of teaching yoga.

The 300-hour TTC curriculum is meticulously designed to cover various advanced aspects of yoga, including asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breath control), meditation, anatomy, physiology, philosophy, ethics, and teaching methods. Students delve deeper into the history and philosophy of yoga, gaining a profound understanding of its roots and principles. They also study the advanced anatomy and physiology of the human body, especially as it relates to the practice and teaching of yoga.

One of the most important components of a 300-hour TTC is the practical application of advanced principles. Students participate in extensive asana practice, refining their personal practice while also learning how to sequence and teach classes effectively. They receive guidance on proper alignment, modifications, and adjustments to ensure safe and inclusive teaching.

Additionally, students explore the subtle aspects of yoga, including advanced breathwork and meditation. They learn various pranayama techniques to control and expand their breath, which is integral to a balanced yoga practice. Advanced meditation practices are also introduced, helping students cultivate mindfulness and inner focus.

Ethics and professionalism are emphasized throughout the course, teaching students how to create a supportive and inclusive teaching environment while upholding the values of yoga. They learn about the responsibilities of being an advanced yoga teacher, including student-teacher relationships, communication, and maintaining boundaries.

Upon completion of the 300-hour Teacher Training Course (TTC), students are equipped with the advanced knowledge and skills to begin their journey as advanced yoga teachers. While the course provides a strong foundation in advanced yoga philosophy, anatomy, teaching methodology, and practical experience, it’s essential to understand that teaching yoga is a lifelong learning process. Graduates of the TTC embark on a path of continuous growth and development, refining their teaching skills through personal practice, further education, and hands-on teaching experience. The TTC serves as a stepping stone, providing students with the tools they need to confidently share the practice of yoga with others while also encouraging them to stay open to ongoing learning and evolution in their teaching practice.
